Mountains in Canada
Canada is home to many beautiful and awe-inspiring mountain ranges. From the Canadian Rockies in Alberta and British Columbia to the Laurentian Mountains in Quebec. The highest peak in Canada is Mount Logan at 19,551 feet (5,959 m). This peak is part of the Saint Elias Mountains, which straddle the border of Alaska and Yukon. The next highest peak is Mount Saint Elias which stands at 18,008 feet (5,489 m). It’s part of Kluane National Park, located in the Yukon Territory. The Canadian Rockies are a major tourist draw, with popular destinations such as Banff National Park and Jasper National Park located within their boundaries.
